...Because of Josie, I found my dream home 10 years
earlier than expected! She asked me a million questions before I even made it
down to South Florida to make sure she wouldn't waste my time. She knew I did

one day! It was a little crazy but I found the perfect house! She did such an

...From time to time one has the good fortune to
find a realtor of the caliber and integrity of Josie Mijares. I had the
opportunity to work with her as a buyer for a direct ocean front unit at Oceania
around February 2,000. She was truly "in my corner" through the entire
process of the transaction and at the very end when a few snags appeared on the
final closing Josie came across with flying colors resolving the problem with a
stern and fair approach. She doesn't just list a property for you or writes a
contract.. she LIVES it through the entire process until closure and beyond.
